This unit is in excellent physical condition, coming with a 14 day guarantee against being DOA from receipt. The auction includes the mounting base pictured, and power cords and adapters are not included unless specifically mentioned. To purchase, you must agree to the terms, which are non-negotiable. Full payment, including shipping, is required before any order can be shipped. Shipping is listed for the continental United States only, and all customs, brokerage, and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and refunds will be made by check unless a credit card was used for purchase. International buyers must pay by bank wire transfer, and we do not accept escrow or COD shipments. This auction is for the Newport LP-1-XYZ 3 Axis Lens Positioner from the LP Series. It provides precision positioning for optical components with two, three, or five degrees of adjustment. The LP Series features new knobs with an integral hex hole and precise, 100 TPI adjustment screws that offer smooth adjustment with increased sensitivity. The XY mechanism has zero-freeplay to ensure accurate positioning and enhanced stability over time and temperature, and independent locks for each axis of translation and rotation maintain stable optical alignment. The LP-1-XYZ has a diameter optic of 1.0 inch and an axis height of 2.5 inches. It is a three-axis lens positioner with motion in XYZ direction. The two-axis XY models provide orthogonal transverse adjustments, while the three-axis XYZ models add translation along the optical Z-axis, accomplished without rotation of the lens by a knurled ring with a precision 80 TPI thread.
