This auction is for a used Newport MB-3 Base, The MB-3 Compact Magnetic Base features an aluminum mounting plate, which provides two significant advantages compared to other economy bases: a generous array of tapped mounting holes, plus decoupling from the base’s magnetic field. 90 pounds holding force. This auction are of the actual unit for sale.  Cosmetic condition: Some light wear but nothing major. Mechanical condition: Works perfectly. Includes: base and top plate only.
