There are three shipping options. Standard Shipping (Air Mail) is insured and refundable up to SGD 68, with tracking provided and signature required upon delivery. Economy Shipping (Air Mail) has no insurance, no refund if the item is lost, no tracking, and no signature required upon delivery. Courier shipping requires a shipping quote and is recommended for items more than SGD 68 with short transit required. To remove the IC, push the center of it downward onto the socket until another click sound is heard. Release the IC and it should be unflush and removable. You can then perform testing on the IC using the programmer. NEY PLCC32 sockets are adapters/test sockets from NEY Company suitable for 27C010 (EEPROM) and similar PLCC32 pin ICs. The device under test/programming (DUT) should be mounted with the label facing downward, and the pin count incremented in a clockwise direction with pin 1 aligning with DIP Socket Pin 1. Taxes are payable by the buyer, and the seller does not cover any form of tax. Payment is expected within 5 working days after placing an order. Most new, unopened items sold can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To mount the IC, flip it over so the marking faces downward, with the leads facing upward and the pin count incrementing clockwise. Mount the IC onto the sockets with pin 1 marking on the socket at the top left corner and IC pin 1 at the top center position. Press the center of the IC downward into the socket until a click sound is heard. The IC position should be flush with the socket edges.
