 Selling a Nikon DM 510 (FITC) excitation filter in good condition. The fluorescence emission glass ( the top one) is mottled and although it still functions, this will slightly affect the amount of light reaching the eye by a few % points of transmission.  All other glass surfaces appear to be good. Blue Excitation Filter Block B-2A Specifications: Excitation Filter Wavelengths: 450-490 nanometers (bandpass, 470 CWL) Dichromatic Mirror Cut-on Wavelength: 500 nanometers (longpass, LP) Barrier Filter Wavelengths: 515 nanometer cut-on (longpass, LP) B-2A - The B-2A filter combination is the standard filter set in the Nikon blue excitation group. Its design incorporates a wide excitation bandpass in order to provide an expanded absorption window for fluorophores compared to the B-1A combination, and the set also has lower dichromatic mirror and barrier filter cut-on wavelengths, producing enhanced image brightness when compared to the B-1A filter set.
