In the event that you have any trouble with the system within the first 90 days, please contact us right away to allow us to help figure out the problem, and to confirm how the equipment was being powered. If we cannot correct the problem remotely, we will repair or replace the equipment (at our discretion). Replacement equipment will not be "new", it may be refurbished, or remanufactured. “System was removed from customer site when they upgraded to a new system. Our factory-certified and factory-trained technicians have carefully tested and cleaned the system, and reset it to factory defaults, erasing the previous client's information. There are a few marks on it from being previously installed and used, the cover on the Star Talk is slightly yellowed from being near a window, and there are a few "for service call XXX" stickers on it.”
