Multi-Air NorGrip discs and back-up pads should always be used together - as a system, with the holes properly aligned, for maximum effectiveness of the revolutionary dust extraction system. A 30% increase in dust extraction means less dust and contamination for a cleaner working environment, and a consistent cut throughout the life of the disc by virtually eliminating clogging, for higher productivity. Multi-Air NorGrip Back-up Pads with Vacuum Holes Innovative design draws dust into a collecting chamber allowing optimal air flow and powerful dust extraction. These medium pads are recommended for all applications. Packed in individual boxes supplied with Festo adapter, 2 x M8 and 5/16"-24 bolts and 3 fiber ring spacers, or with fixed 5/16"-24 threaded shank. Alignment Tool for 5" Multi-Air Discs This handy, plastic tool holds up to 20 Multi-Air discs. Discs are inserted (and stored) face-down onto the two prongs on the tool. To place a disc on the Multi-Air back-up pad, simply flip the template over the pad, inserting the prongs into the corresponding vacuum holes on the pad. The disc is then perfectly aligned to get the full benefits of the dust collecting system.
