This product can enhance power amplifier and switching circuits with its excellent safe area limits and audio power amplifier/switch applications. This transistor comes in a TO-126 case style with three pins and can operate between a temperature range of -65В°C and 150В°C. The NTE185 boasts a transistor polarity of PNP, a collector emitter voltage V(br)ceo of -80V, a transition frequency ft of 2MHz, an on resistance Rds(on), and a DC collector current of -4A. The Rds(on) test voltage Vgs and DC current gain hFE are 80hFE and the threshold voltage Vgs provides a power dissipation Pd of 40W.
