You are purchasing a single cubicle system obtained from government surplus. The materials are used and may have some cosmetic wear, but are in very good used condition. The cubicle material has been fully cleaned. The cubicle system pictured is a sample of one of our basic systems. Panels are approximately 62 inches tall by approximately 48 inches wide. This basic cubicle comes with the three wall sections, 48-inch desktop and overhead storage. Material color may vary slightly from the cubicle pictured. Our cubicle systems are available for local delivery and set-up/installation in the Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania "4-State" region for a negotiated delivery fee. The delivery and set-up fee is in addition to the purchase price above. If you are interested in our set-up and delivery fees please contact us prior to your purchase. Once your purchase is completed all returns, and/or failure to pick-up, or arrange for delivery will be subject to our Return Policy listed below. You may also arrange for pick at our warehouse in Hancock, MD by appointment. We do not have regular hours at our warehouse, so appointments are required for inspection and/or purchase/pickup of all items. We will also ship via third party shippers such as Uship.com. (Buyer must visit Uship.com to arrange for third party shipping) We also have a good selection of used office chairs and under-desk file draw assemblies to accompany your cubicle purchase, for an additional charge. Our Money Back Return Policy: Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The Buyer must contact the Seller to obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning item. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to return item. Buyer will be charged a 10% restocking fee. The item must be in it's original condition without any shipping damage. The item must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If item is received without a Return Authorization number, is damaged during shipping, is not in original condition the money back guaranty will be voided.

Condition	Used : An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
