We despatch the vast majority of orders within 2 days of receiving fully payment and delivery usually takes no longer than 48 hours once despatched. They deliver consignments promptly on a 24 hour service. A signature is required with delivery but if you advise us we can arrange for goods to be left in a suitable place without a signature. 2. Palletforce - this courier delivers the larger products and job lots. They also deliver consignments promptly on a standard 48 hour service. If you have a forklift truck you can unload the pallet from the lorry yourself otherwise a tail lift and pallet truck is on board to help transport the pallet to a suitable location. We send all customers a despatch email to advise them when the goods have been despatched and when they can expect delivery. This is to help you make suitable arrangements to accept delivery and wait no longer than is necessary to receive your order. Deliveries can take place any time on your delivery date between 08.30am - 18.00pm. We are unable to provide times for delivery as courier routes can change frequently throughout the day depending on traffic and other unforeseen events. Returns Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
