You are bidding on a manual wire wrap tool made by OK Machine and Tool Corp, aka OK Industries, aka Jonard Industries. This tool is model HW 26 manual wire wrap tool and is made for 26 AWG wire. This item measures about 6.5 inches long. This item is used so it shows some signs of wear. There is some surface rust on the shaft and there are some scratches in the paint on the handle neither of which would inhibit how the tool works. SHIPPING & HANDLING We charge only actual shipping costs. We will combine auctions to save on shipping. If you read our feedback you will see that we use lots of packaging materials to create our “bullet proof packaging”. In 23 years of selling on eBay we have never had an item get damaged in shipping, and we have mailed lots of delicate items. We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail, unless the item qualifies for media mail or the winner requests another shipping option. You can find shipping costs and shipping options in the box in the shipping area of the auction page. If you want the item shipped via another method other than stated, you MUST email us with a shipping address & preferences so actual shipping charges can be determined. Any large or very heavy item will go by UPS ground service. We normally ship on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, but most packages are shipped the next business day after receipt of payment. PAYMENT Payment MUST be received within 7 days of auction end. We do send an auto-reminder for payment at 3 days and again at 5 days. Please use the payment link on the auction page or winning bidder email you will receive. Please keep in mind that all sales are final unless we misrepresented the item in our description. We will attempt to find a resolution that works for everyone. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS International winning bidders must pay via Paypal. Foreign winners are responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties at delivery as applicable. All custom forms are filled out with the value as the winning bid amount and marked as merchandise (not gift); please do not ask us to alter customs forms as it is illegal and we won’t do it. We also cannot control the delivery time on international shipments and US postal tracking will usually only track until it leaves the US shipping system. If you want something that can be tracked the entire process please choose a carrier such as UPS or Fed-Ex international.
