I own it but know nothing about it. It has a throttle that you set so it's probably for an old engine rather than an early car and probably too small anyway. It has 1/2 R.H. stamped in it and the pipes are 1/2" so maybe it goes on the right hand side of the engine and screws into a 1/2" hole. It has been nickel plated so it wasn't the cheapest one on the block. Will be sent Priority Mail. Price includes box,packing,shipping and insurance,no other fees or costs.

Seller Notes “It looks fairly complete,there is a brass rod sticking out the bottom with a cross hole and I think there was a spring and cotter pin on it that is missing,working condition unknown.”
