This is a real nice original Case four cylinder base mount magneto for a Case tractor.  It mounts on a 2 inch square bolt pattern and the mounting threads are in excellent condition.  It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except that it is missing one screw that holds down the coil cover.  It is clockwise rotation and turns over nicely with excellent magnetic pull.  The impulse works as it should and this magneto puts out a nice, fat, blue spark that is sure to run your tractor if it is set up properly.  The distributor cap is in excellent condition and the only thing this magneto needs is a bit of cleaning to make it shine nicely!  These original Case magnetos are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they usually require several hundred dollars worth of repair work.  Not this one.  It's ready to go to work on a tractor or on the shelf as a spare.  The pictures tell the story.  You won't be disappointed in any way.  Good Luck.
