2001 Omax Dual Heads 55100 WaterJet Cutter This machine is amazing, it cuts wonderful and looks great. It was very recently disconnected due to upgrading the shop machines. Right before it was disconnected I watched it cut through 1"of inconel. It also has two heads so that doubles your production rate and efficiency.  Omax P3050 pump (40HP) with about 00+ hours on it after the rebuild   Chiller : 600 lb.  The upper half of the heasd are Omax parts, including the on/off valve (which uses the same parts as the dump valve)  The lower half of the head is Accustream, using a .013 diamond with a .030 nozzle (.281 diameter).  The diamond is recent with maybe 200-300 hours on it (see the Machine History for exact hours at last replacement)  The nozzle has about 100 hours on it, roughly and should last another 100-200 hours.  The computer is a 32 bit processor, running Windows XP.  The Waterjet software is Omax Layout and Make version 20.14, which is one of the latest releases.
