The filter separates a band of Green by reflecting it at right angles to the incidence light, while transmitting nearly all of the Yellow Red at normal incidence. The filter makes a very good divider of an optical emission signal of Rhodamine or TxRed  from the excitation energy in an epi-illumination arrangement. filter specifications follow: Reflection band <500 to 550 nm,  with average of 99+%, Transmission in the band 575 to 675 nm, at average of Average of 90%, Size 30x20 mm by 3mm thick, Substate material is fused silica.
