Where possible Optoma will give you the individual projector history in terms of operating hours. If a unit has been 'reset' it has been done as part of an engineering parameter. All units are fully tested before release and will come with basic accessories (power cord and remote where applicable). The User Manual relating to the product can be downloaded (PDF) at www.optomausa.com. Warranty is directly with Optoma US and is 90 days for the main unit and 30 days for the lamp. When claiming warranty you will need to refer to the listing name which includes the model name. The warranty commences 1 day after the goods are shipped. No units can be accepted for return unless authorized by Optoma USA and includes a valid RMA (Returns Authorization). This number must be quoted in all correspondence and be clearly labeled on the packaging at point of return. As a non-new units (Refurbished) Optoma USA cannot replace any sold items and will elect to do a full repair. Optoma USA will not repair under warranty any units which are believed to have received physical damage or operating misuse.
