SAFETY DECAL: FALL HAZARD: ROOF ACCESS PROHIBITED. HIGH-VISIBILITY DECAL. NOTE: We were fortunate enough to acquire these high-quality warning decals from an automotive manufacturer that closed a number of factories across the United States. These OSHA-type warnings decals were / are used to warn employees, contractors and tenants of hazards in the area - as well as minimizing litigation from "failure to post warnings." ABOUT THIS SAFETY DECAL: ONE decal. OSHA-type warning: "FALL HAZARD. ROOF ACCESS PROHIBITED." This type of dark-yellow warning decal would be posted at eye-level on the wall next to fixed-ladders leading up to rooftops, on roof hatches, doors atop stairwells that lead to the roof, doors leading from elevator rooms out to flat roofs, doors leading from HVAC areas out to rooftops -and- windows leading out to rooftop areas (such as loading dock overhangs, front porches, adjoining roofs, etc. These decals can also be utilized in other "fall hazard" areas such as: Rental properties - on doors and windows that lead out to front porch roofs or adjoining rooftops - to warn tenants and their guests that access is both prohibited and dangerous! DECAL DIMENSIONS / DETAILS: The lettering is glossy-black on a high-visibility, dark-yellow vinyl. The decal measures 4" tall by 9" wide (10,2 cm x 22,7 cm). The "peel off backing" is split to assist in removing it. Please use a little caution in separating the backing from the vinyl due to the decal's age. We consider the adhesive to be "aggressive" (plan on the decal staying stuck to where you stick it). Use standard decal application technique: Degrease / Windex / clean the area you intend to apply the decal, wipe dry, allow to air-dry, then carefully apply the decal. CONDITIONAL ISSUES: Each high-quality vinyl decal is an open-box, old-stock item. The decal, vinyl, adhesive and printing are in superb condition; HOWEVER, you will need to use a little caution when peeling off the backing paper (to avoid separating the paper from its "non-stick" surface). DISCOUNTS: Buyers located in the United States pay one flat fee for postage - whether they buy one decal or twenty-decals. We like to keep things simple and reasonably priced. International buyers: If you are purchasing more than one decal, please contact us first (so we can quote you an accurate price for postage to your country). WARRANTY and/or RETURNS: This is an open-box, old-stock item that is in excellent condition. We have made every effort to describe the item accurately and included a high-resolution photograph. Thus, no warranty or returns on this item. HOW FAST IT'S GOING TO GET TO YOU: As soon as PayPal notifies us that your payment has been posted, your warning decal will be packaged, labeled, and readied for shipping. The United States Custom's Form will indicate the contents as being "Printed Material." INSURABLE?: eBay’s policy changed in 3rd Quarter 2009, (which previously allowed buyers the option of selecting and paying for coverage for their purchases). Thus, this item is not insurable. We don't make eBay's policies, we simply have to try to keep up with them. SHIPPING and HANDLING COST: There is no "padding" with this decal's shipping and handling. To keep your shipping cost down, the decal(s) will be mailed in a Commercial #10 Kraft, Tyvek or standard envelope, by United States First Class Mail, to your United States address. The decal(s) ship United States First Class International Mail to your foreign address. Foreign addresses will incur an additional 50? processing charge for completing the United States Custom's Form required to ship this item internationally.
