first off its not a throttle gov engine. I talked to a lot of people who told me they never made one ,iam not saying its one of a kind but you don't find these around too much. and deff not on here ...it is direct drive no clutch on this bad boy. ok here is a engine I thought I would never sell .selling off a lot of saws and some small engines .some are very rare . time to clean up .this engine runs great .the carb might need some tinkering as it runs great on choke ,but it takes awhile to be able to un choke .it was welded at arm along time before I got it ,and never had any problems, of course the blade holder is not orig. .it has a hot tri polar mag igniter type. check the pics out . as far as shipping .buyer arrange all shiiping , I can bring to Hudson ny show in oct.,, iam going to start at $1300 no reserve. I did see 1 sell for $2400 before and I belive mine is nicer.there is no returns at all , can hold as long as its pd for.      As for payment m/ o perferd or cash in hand . But will take paypal
