The radios are in good condition but may have scratches/scrapes or other signs of previous use. The LCD screens are excellent with no missing pixels. The radios have been thoroughly tested and are in working order. The batteries are charged, holding a charge, and are recently conditioned but I make no claims as to remaining life. The radios are programmed identical with 16 channels of direct communication. Sorry, I do not offer any programming services. Shipping/insurance will be via USPS Priority mail.
