Works Perfect! The Panasonic WV-SC386 Super Dynamic HD PTZ Dome Network Camera offers high-quality 24-hour video surveillance in both day and night lighting conditions. The UniPhier LSI chip allows the network camera to simultaneously stream real-time imagery in H.264 and JPEG formats at a resolution of 1280 x 960 at 30 fps. The powerful 36x optical zoom brings distant objects into close view for better identification. Designed for day/night surveillance, the camera captures clear images even in locations with a minimum illumination 0.06 lux (B&W) at F/1.4 (wide). Advanced imaging features such as Adaptive Black Stretch and Face Super Dynamic make the WV-SC386 camera suitable for installation in buses, trains, subways, ambulances, taxis and armored cars, where detailed images are required. The Auto Tracking feature allows the camera to adjust automatically and follow the subject under surveillance, while the Image Stabilizer function produces blur-free images even when the camera is subjected to vibrations caused by wind or from vehicles passing in close proximity. In addition, the camera's 360° endless panning eliminates blind spots and captures images of almost any object surrounding the camera. Enabled with Digital Noise Reduction (2D and 3D-DNR), the camera removes signals that could result in grainy images. Alarm sources, including Video Motion Detection and Panasonic alarm command, can trigger actions such as FTP image transfer, e-mail notification, indication on the browser, and Panasonic alarm protocol output. Furthermore, the user-friendly GUI allows images from 16 cameras to be displayed in 4 different Quad screens or as JPEG images in a 16-split screen.
