This mental giant doesn't pay to have the cases shipped and then leaves negative feedback on 10 September 2012 without ever bringing up the issue to me. One other person said she overlooked that and I sent cases to her at no additional charge. None of this is surprising though. In my Life Coaching I encounter people who are so miserable with their own lives that they seek to do nothing but spread negativity. If the item you receive is not to your satisfaction you are welcome to return it. If the problem was an error on my part then I will pay the shipping and give you a full refund.
