As you may know, when government agencies receive new grants, they often have to purchase new equipment to justify the grant, leaving behind useful surplus equipment. The unit comes as shown, and while we cannot test it, it will probably work. Since we cannot guarantee functionality, we are selling it "as is." We acquire thousands of items each year from surplus, and most of them work for our customers. However, we choose to sell all items as is since we cannot test them all.
