This Parker Compumotor S8-Drive Microstep Drive S Series has undergone testing and was removed from a service room that was in working condition. While it exhibits a few signs of cosmetic wear due to usage, it still performs reliably. This item boasts impressive specifications that enhance its performance accuracy, including an accuracy of В±5 arc min (0.0833В°) typical and a repeatability of В±5 arc sec (0.0014В°) typical. Additionally, this microstep drive features a selectable waveform, with 16 choices for resolution ranging from 200 to 50800 steps. The Parker Compumotor S8-Drive Microstep Drive S Series's advanced features extend to its amplifier, which uses a 20 kHz fixed frequency, variable duty cycle PWM. The amplifier is current controlled and bipolar type, with MOSFET and IGBT construction. Multiple protection features ensure this microstep drive is safe and efficient, such as a short circuit phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground protection and auto standby if no step pulses are received for 1 second. This microstep drive also comes with multiple input options, including step, direction, shutdown, and zero phase inputs. High-going pulse, 200 nsec min. width; max. pulse rate is 2 mHz and Logic High = positive (CW) rotation. Logic Low = negative (CCW) rotation are needed for the step and direction inputs. The shutdown and zero phase inputs require a minimum of 2.5 mA up to 30 mA. The Parker Compumotor S8-Drive Microstep Drive S Series is sold as-is, and United States shipping (continental 48 states) is the only option. Shipping to other territories is possible at an additional cost to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for the cost of insuring the item and filing a claim if damage or loss occurs during shipping. The seller has the choice of shipping options. Additionally, local pull and pick-up options are available to buyers.
