This is a Paulson Lathe Kit. It comes with the lathe bed and compound cross slide, a motor attached to a set of Russian made binoculars, a speed control pedal, and a set of 53 WW collets. The lathe measures about 15 3/4 inches and has some wear and scratches but is in good condition. It is mounted to a board but the board can be removed if necessary. It has a collet holding tail stock. The compound cross slide is stamped "LEVIN". One end of the lathe bed is stamped "HENRY PAULSON & CO. MADE IN GERMANY". The motor is a 115V 120 HP 1725 RPM Bodine Motor and has a plaque attached with this information. The plug also says "BODINE". I do not know if the motor works or not because I do not have the correct outlet. The binoculars say "MADE IN USSR" in white letters near the eye piece and they do have some wear. The speed control pedal has wear and rust but can still be pushed down with little effort. The collets are in their own small wooden block. All of the collets have some light wear and scratching. This lathe kit has never been wired or completely assembled but will be a fantastic piece once it is put back together. All of the knobs and pieces move well on the lathe and the binoculars.
