Pelouze Mechanical Postal Scale Model- K5 2006 New, unused with original packaging. This item was briefly on store display. Good for small office and home use. No more trips to the Post Office. It has the postal rates for 2006 on the front plastic, the box states: “ easy to replace rate dial.” I would think, but not sure that you can obtain a new rate dial by contacting Pelouze. The instructions show how to replace it. I salvage boxes, packing popcorn, Styrofoam, plastic, bubble wrap, foam sheeting, newspaper, and sometimes even padded envelopes from local businesses where I live. I ask my customers to expect their items to be well packaged but to also expect their items to show up in re-used boxes or envelopes. A re-used box will have advertising of some other product all over it A re-used envelope usually just has another shipping label under the one I pasted on Plastic wrap, when re-used, is just a little wrinkly. All re-used materials used will be very clean.
