PENTAX R-125 AUTO-FOCUS TOTAL STATION SERVICED & 1 YEAR CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE This listing is for a Pentax R-125 Auto-focus Total Station. Included in the listing is the Pentax R-125 instrument, a Charger, a spare battery (condition unwarranted) and an original Pentax protective case. The instrument has been serviced and will be calibrated prior to shipping. The calibration certificate lasting for one year will be included in the package. Although used, the instrument remains in very good condition. The R122N (2″ accuracy) and R123N (3″ accuracy) join the already successful PENTAX reflectorless models to provide a wider choice of instruments to cover most user requirements. The R122, R123 and R125 models have been produced without the non prism facility to provide an additional cost saving to those users who do not require the reflectorless facility. As with the R125N the new instruments will contain the following features : Reflectorless measuring capability of 85m with a visible dot laser pointer (R122N/123N) Triple focussing system including auto focus Absolute encoder PowerTopo Lite Software Nimh Battery which provides 6 hours use from a single charge Optional IR alpha numeric remote (MU-72) 7500 point on-board memory The newly developed LD Phase Differential system allows the user to measure distances without the need for a conventional prism. However reflector sheets and prism systems can be used to achieve an increased measuring range. The built in visible beam laser dot pointer ensures accurate targeting when using the non prism measuring function and is beneficial with interior construction and alignment projects as well as tunneling. The PENTAX R100 range is the worlds first to benefit from a "Triple Focusing System". The first is a phase differential auto focus system, which unlike other auto focus EDMs currently on the market, achieves pin sharp focussing in an instant with just the press of a button. The second is a "Power Focus" which is a motorised focus system and the third is a conventional manual system. These choices provide the operator with maximum flexibility and have been designed to make the instruments productive and simple to use. The built in absolute encoder means that after turning the instrument on, the operator does not have to rotate the telescope to 0 set the angle. This is because the angle measurement is retained in the memory. 7,500 points of internal memory can be stored on the R100 and can be a mix of surveying data and coordinate data. An optional infra red remote control keypad allows full alphanumeric input of data and point numbers. The on board software will be a variation of the already established PENTAX PowerTopo, which is flexible, powerful and productive. Standard calculation programs include multi language capability, RDM, REM, VPM, Stake Out, Traverse and COGO . Data transfer software is also included as part of the package.
