Perkin Elmer Autobalance You are bidding on One Used Perkin Elmer Autobalance Model AD-2Z Digital Precision Miligram Balance Controller in PARTS OR REPAIR CONDITION. THIS CONTROLLER APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DROPPED.  The cover for the display is smashed off and missing, and the outer case is not secured to the frame. When we powered this item on, the display lit up and began rapidly switching values.  We could simultaneously hear a relay inside switching back and forth continuously.  We have appended a video of this below. Due to the physical damage to this item and our inability to verify correct operation, this item will be sold completely AS-IS: NO REFUNDS.     ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Import duties, taxes, and Customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
