Return Shipping We stand behind our items 100% on any defective or damaged merchandise. Please inspect your item and notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery of any damages or defects. You must wait before shipping the item back to us until we provide you with a RMA number. Any item returned without this number will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any and all loss. Any items that are personalized cannot be returned other than for exchange if damaged. Once an item is personalized we're unable to re-sell and we will not accept the return.
