A PFM 30 flow-wrapper in excellent condition. Brochure and Operator's manual available. The capacity is up to 45 packs/min or up to 10m of sealed film/min. Packaging materials: Cellulose film. Polyprophylene. Laminates and co-extrusions. Cold seal films. Any heatsealable materials. Specifications: Handwheel adjustment of cut-off lenght via speed variator. No mechanical parts required for size change. Adjustable self centring folding box. Adjustable approach rollers for smooth flow of the wrapping material through the folding box. Simplified reel holder. Electronic machine speed adjustment. 2 electronic heat controllers to control the sealing temperature. Three coats of epoxy paint. Infeed conveyor of 1 m long. All product contact parts in SST or food quality plastic. Two sets of fin seal rollers. 1-up cast iron crimpers for the cross seal. Overload clutch on crimpers with automatic machine shut-down. Dog clutch for setting of crimpers for the cross seal. Safety devices to the highest international standards. Max power consumption 2Kw. Small and compact machine.
