The AIE-200 Hand Impulse Sealer produces a strong reliable seal.  It is energy efficient as it only uses power when sealing.  It is designed to insure a water and air tight seal for effective autoclaving and sterilization procedures.  It takes only seconds to make an airtight and watertight seal on virtually any heat sealable material.  The AIE-200 plugs into a standard 110 Volt outlet - no special wiring needed.  It comes fully assembled and ready to go.  Manufacturer tested and comes with a 90 day manufacturer's warranty.  1 EXTRA ELEMENT KIT IS INCLUDED Purchase an additional repair kit below at a discounted price when you buy a new machine.  Maximum Seal Length - 8 inches Maximum Material Thickness - 6 mil. Seal Width - 2 mm Watts - 350 According to the manufacturer, These machines are best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, SARAN and most other heat sealable materials.
