The AmScope PCS model is a comprehensive kit for phase contrast microscopy, featuring three objectives with 10x, 40x, and 100x magnification capabilities, as well as three phase contrast condensers. The condenser is designed with NA 1.25 and a mounting size of 37mm in diameter, while the objectives have a thread diameter of 20mm. The kit also includes a CT lens with a 23mm diameter and a shipping weight of 10 units. For missing or defective items, please contact us within the 14-day receipt period to report the issue. Include pictures of the shipping label and damaged/missing items for verification. After receiving an RMA number, follow the instructions for mailing the unit back to us for a repair or refund, which can take up to four weeks to process. We thank you for your patience and your trust in AmScope. Our return policy is straightforward and ensures customer satisfaction. We offer a 14-day window from the date of receipt to request a return and receive an RMA number through eBay messaging. Non-defective items requested for refund within 14 days will have original shipping and handling costs deducted. Defective items will not have deductions, but items that return as working units will. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For warranty services, we provide a five-year warranty for microscopes and a one-year warranty for accessories, with shipping and handling costs covered by the buyer.
