This is a PHD Precision Dual Jaw Parallel Travel Air Gripper, Model # 19081-2-4501. BENEFITS Full Mounting Compact size is ideal for handling small parts in confined areas. Units provide true parallel jaw travel with no arching motion for easy tooling design. Double-acting for either internal or external gripping applications. Maximum Force on Close Rugged jaw and body construction can withstand high impact and shock loads. Maximum Force on Close Internal jaw mechanism constructed of hardened steel components for a maintenance-free service life exceeding 10 million cycles. Close tolerance components eliminate jaw play. Jaws have dowel holes for precise tooling location. The body has three mounting faces, with dowel holes, allowing accurate mounting in a variety of attitudes. Grippers are fully field repairable. Proximity Switch Ready Proximity Switches or Hall Effect Sensors are available for indication of jaw position and interfacing to a system controller. Open Dimension -2.175" Closed Dimension - 1.841" These units are ideal for the transfer of products during assembly or pick and place operations.
