The pen lift does not work, the pens *are likely dried out, there is  occasional pen jitter on some settings, the electrostatic chart-hold works but is weak. 0.05 to 1 volt / cm on both channels, 0.05 to 10 seconds /  cm. 110 V.   Cosmetic condition: The pictures should show the external conditions, call or email if there is any question.   The packaging for safe delivery will be done properly, and normally we ship the same day that payment is received.    Is anything here confusing or incomplete ?  Email us through eBay - click ask seller a question above or  call Dave Odegard at 860-649-2557 or,  inspect at Manchester, CT (but call first).
