This cutting-edge instrument comes with a mains power supply (230V wall adapter), attenuators 100:1 and 10:1, a spring-loaded test clip, and accessories. Additionally, it includes two complete Probe unit PCBs with tips and five extra input FETs (BF996S). The instruction and service manual and hard case ensure ease of use and protection during storage and transport. The PM8943A features an input impedance of 1 MOhm/3.5 pF, 2.4pF, or 1.4pF, as well as offset voltage options of В± 60 V or В± 200 VAC or DC coupling. The output includes a 50Ohm option, as well as 1MOhm pos. 0,1-10MOhm par. cap. 0-40 pF. The Philips PM8943A Fet Probe is a powerful instrument designed for use with oscilloscopes and other measuring equipment. It features unity gain and can be used with inputs of 1MOhm or 50Ohm. This probe offers a frequency range of DC to 650 MHz and a rapid risetime of less than 0.55 ns. With attenuation options of 1:1, 10:1, and 100:1, this instrument is versatile enough to handle a variety of applications.
