Under normal operating conditions our LED engine has a life expectancy in excess of 50,000 hours. This long life reduces day to day maintenance and reduces staff work loads considerably. Operating 8 hours a day and 7 days a week under typical usage your PL1 may need LED engine maintenance for the first time after 10 years of operation. However, under worst case operating conditions with the luminaire set to continuous full output it is possible that a small percentage of LEDs may require replacement sooner.
