No major marks or damages. The panels of the unit has scuffing to the paint something that is typical in units pulled from industrial settings. Outside of cosmetic damages this unit is in great operating shape. No major damages anywhere on the unit. The terminals on this unit look to be free from tool marks. It does not look like this transformer was ever hooked up and put in use. The instruction manual is still inside the unit. We can not verify that this unit was never installed so we are calling it used but most likely it is unused.
