Other than an ID number that was inscribed in the plastic it is in excellent condition as pictured and guaranteed to function properly. Does not appear to have seen much as as there are no signs of actual wear. This unit will charge and condition up to three batteries at the same time. I am not positive but I believe it will work with batteries from the following: Lifepak 5, Lifepak 10, Lifepak 11 and Lifepak 12.
