These are seven (7) classic technical reports/brochures describing the characteristics of piezoelectric transducer materials and sonar transducer/acoustic design data. These elements are used in Navy surface ship and submarine sonar systems as well as in medical diagnostic equipment and ultrasonic devices. Furthermore, these brochures describe the piezoelectric elements and the materials from which they are made. These are classic, vintage brochures/ articles which are probably not available anywhere else. They have been out of print for years. They were publshed in the 1950s and 1960s, most by the Brush Electronics Company, a pioneering firm in the piezoelctric field, a firm no longer in existence.
