 This is a shop Conac roll groover. It is powered by a 230v single phase motor that can be wired for 115v. This is a older machine that works very well. It is slow to raise the die after the groove is complete . I think it is due to low hydraulic fluid but not sure, it could be just an adjustment. It is has a lever to lower and raise the die.  It will groove 1 1/2 thru 8" with the dies furnished. It will groove much larger pipe with the proper dies.
