Description This item is used, in very good condition. It has been tested and confirmed to be fully functional. The foam tip on the earpiece is quite warn, but there are a number of replacement earpieces that are included, of a variety of fits and styles. The battery does take at least some charge, however I don't know how long it's been sitting, so the battery's capacity and ability may be somewhat to greatly diminished. Otherwise this unit is in excellent condition.
