This auction offers a lot of 3 Plantronics Vista M12 Office Phone Headset Amplifiers, each with QD headsets and quick disconnect cables. These audio processors are necessary for proper transmission of call audio to and from the headset, as most phones do not directly support headset use. The M12 model, with part number 43596-24, features SoundGuard Plus Sound Compression for protection against harsh noises, as well as a Call Clarity System to improve incoming and outgoing sound. The headset also allows for easy switching between the headset and handset, with incoming and outgoing volume control and mute functionality. Please note that no CD/software, manual, or additional accessories are included in this auction, and some items may show signs of previous use. The headsets use quick disconnect cabling, and the appearance of the headset is similar to the Plantronics Mirage H41 headset. “Items were individually connected a digital phone that's part of a hybrid pbx system. After installing batteries (not included): Able to adjust telephone compatibility switch for dial tone. Performed adjustments to "speaking" volume control and "listening" volume thumbwheel. Able used the headset/handset and use mute buttons. No further testing, working condition beyond this point is unknown. The item has been used previously, shows signs of cosmetic wear, has scratches and scuffs. Voice tube colors differ. User guide has creases and worn areas. Power Supply, Batteries, Short Telephone Line Cord (Pigtail) are NOT INCLUDED!”
