Midi Plus Ultra Pure Plasmid DNA Isolation Kit, 25 Preps Our Ultra Pure Plasmid DNA Kit is composed of macroporous silica–based resin with a high density of diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) group, which is developed exclusively for isolation of nucleic acids. Purification is based on the interaction between negatively charged phosphates of nucleic acid backbones and positively charged DEAE groups on the surface of the resin. You can also use this kit to isolate large size cosmid DNA. Features and Benefits Rapid and simple extraction Reproducible yields of ultrapure DNA No toxic reagent such as ethidium bromide, phenol/chloroform, CsCl involved Binding capacity/column > 100 ug Downstream Applications       Plasmid or cosmid DNA purified with DNALand Scientific Ultrapure Plasmid Extraction System is ideal for the use in following applications: Transfection Transformation Ligation and cloning Manual or automated sequencing, including radioactive and fluorescent sequencing PCR and qPCR applications
