I'm selling this wire with no reserve or fixed price because the buyer is gambling as I offer no guarantee but someone is going to get a jackpot.  That said, I have high confidence that what I claim in this sale is the truth.  The .01" wire is 10% Rhodium 90% platinum (13 gms, ~ 60'). One roll is 6 gms, the other is 7 gms.  The .045" is possibly pure platinum. 180 gms, ~24".  This wire comes from a scientific laboratory, not a jewelry shop, generally used with thermocouples and the larger wires where historically pure platinum.  The .01" wire came off two spools, one of the spools was imprinted "10% Rhodium Platinum" The only way I could test this was I got the wire red hot and then looked for discoloration when it cooled - there was no discoloration in any of the wires.  Please send me best offers for consideration.
