Keller Super series riveting hammers are designed with an accurately timed cycling valve which provides smooth consistent operation of the tool. Having this precisely timed valve allows for a reduced weight of the tool as the handle thickness can be reduces because not as much excess weight is needed on the back end of the piston travel to overcome the vibration resulting from an inaccurate timed valve. Keller Super riveting hammers are lighter than other riveting hammers in the same class and are one inch shorter overall than competitor’s riveting hammers in the same class while maintaining the same piston stroke. Vibration in these tools is reduced and air consumption is also less than competitor’s tools of the same class. These hammers were manufactured in a complete range of sizes from 2” to 9” stroke and are adaptable to all classes and conditions of riveting. Attached are some specification sheets and photos of common riveting applications with these tools being used. Different size and types of Rivet Sets are available for these style tools.
