The label on the cover plate is marked tau = 1 s, R = 100 k, C = 10 microF. I read the components as 22 kohms and 22 microF. In any case, components are easily changed with a soldering tool. One of the cover plates is drilled with 6 holes. A spare 4247 cover, sealed in the original plastic envelope, is included. The steel rule in the photos is 15 cm long and is not included.
