I like to build stuff out of 80/20. This is one time where my desire to tinker got the best of me. I started a gourmet popcorn business this year and I built this sifting table to use while I waited for a vibratory screener. It was completely unnecessary, but I like to build stuff. I think I was also thinking about showing the design and assembly on our website, but ditched that idea when my GoPro ran out batteries before the build was complete. I only used it for 3 weeks, so it is basically brand new.  It is entirely made of 80/20 parts and extrusions along with 1/4" acrylic side walls. The side walls freely slide out the top for easy cleaning. It has three plastic catch boxes ordered from uline. My daughter did color in the bottom of one of the catch boxes while I did the build. The screen is 24" x 48" 304 Stainless with 3/8" perforations. There is a shelf on the side to support 4 consumer air poppers. I'm including the air poppers with the table. You can remove that with 6 bolts if you want to use it for another process like sifting and cooling kettle corn.  For shipping I marked the listing as local pick up only, but if you send me your zip I can give you a freight quote.
