Lizard’s lightweight, small footprint and user interface make it the ideal candidate for indoor microcell network verification, installation and evaluation. In a typical application, one or more Lizards are placed throughout an area of interest and set to transmit on different channels while engineers “walk-through” the area with scanning receivers such as Berkeley’s Coyote™ or Mongoose™. The Lizard™ has dynamically adjustable output from 1 milliwatt up to 1 watt from either it’s onboard keypad/LCD interface or via an included infrared remote control. Standard removable Makita 9.6 V Ni-MH batteries ensure continuous, remote operation. The Lizard™ has become the field engineer’s transmitter of c Frequency Range   15 models covering all popular telecom bands   Frequency Step Size  12.5, 25, 30, 50, or 200 kHz (depending upon model) Frequency Stability  + 2.0 ppm (short term) 30 to 125 degrees F  + 0.5 ppm (aging maximum for 1 year)  Output Power Range 0.0 dBm to 30.0 dBm Output Power Accuracy + .5 dB maximum  Power Steps  + 0.5 dB Monotonicity Guaranteed Output  50 ohms with TNC Female  Output VSWR  < 2:1  Display  128 x 128 Graphic STN LCD  Controls  Direct enter via 14 button keypad Rotary dial (push to enter) DC Power   Internal (removable) Ni-MH 9.6V External DC power supply via 2.5mm slip jack Charger   1 hour external Ni-MH fast charger @ 110 VAC  Weight   5 pounds with battery                  LMR 450-470 MHz SMR 850-870 MHz Cellular EAMPs reverse 824-848 MHz Cellular EAMPs forward 869-894 MHz Cellular ETACs forward 915-947 MHz Cellular ETACs reverse 872-905 MHz Cellular GSM forward 935-960 MHz ISM 900-928 MHz Paging 928-941 MHz PCS reverse 1850-1910 MHz PCS forward 1930-1990 MHz PCS Korean 1805-1865 MHz ISM 2100-2170 MHz ISM 2400-2485 MHz WiMAX 2.5-2.7 GHzSize  6.5" W x 8.25" L x 3.5" D                                      Ruggedized, self-contained design Dynamically adjustable power output control from 1 milliwatt to 1 watt Infrared remote control adjusts power output and frequency Bright 128 x 128 graphic LCD with backlight Standard Makita removable 9.6 volt Ni-MH battery system Light-weight design is ideal for "stick-up" applications Precision output held to within + 1 dB Designed and manufactured in the USA
