WORKING PORTER CABLE ROTARY FLOOR EDGER/SANDER TYPE E6. WE PLUGGED IT IN AND IT RUNS VACCUMS AND BLOWS AIR. I PULLED THE BRUSHES OUT AND THEY HAVE A LOT OF LIFE LEFT. CORD HAS TAPE ON IT IN PLACES.  IT HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR A LONG TIME AND HASNT BEEN USED IN YEARS. NOT SURE HOW YOU WOULD SERVICE ONE OF THESE BUT IM SURE AS LONG AS IT HAS BEEN STORED  IT NEEDS TO BE LUBRICATED AND SERVICED BEFORE USE. NO HOSE OR BAG.
