Powder coat over head conveyor, nordson reclaim, Vulcan Catalytic Natural Gas ovens and controls. This system was in place for about 5 years with a monthly Natural gas bill around 800 dollars. Fully functioning the day we removed from service about 4 months ago. There are a total of 34 panels, 18 in a flat panel configuration then 16 in a halo configuration. With about 25' of catalytic panel oven this oven would cure parts fast and efficiently. The controls and preheat are currently setup for 480v 3 phase. These panels use electic preheat for about 15 minutes, then the gas is ignited then after a few more minutes the electric shuts down and runs only on gas the rest of the shift. The nordson reclaim works great and also is currently wired for 480 but is also possible to 230v 3 phase. new filters are common and may be time for new ones. The conveyor uses 3" I-beam for the strait sections. This can be setup in any configuration needed. Included are the Caterpillar electric drive motor, 2 90 bends, 2 180 bends at 60" diameter and a tight high temp 180 bend at 24" diameter. I believe there is 215' of conveyor chain.
