The Powr-Scrub 16” Cylindrical Brush Scrubber is designed to clean any hard floor type including non-slip, safety or textured floors, with exceptional cleaning power. With greater productivity and better performance than traditional mopping, the Powr-Scrub is ideal for small to medium areas such as food service areas and kitchens, entrances lobbies, schools, shops and offices. The Powr-Scrub 16” Cylindrical Brush Scrubber is extremely easy to use and little training is required to operate it at full capacity. Features: • 750 RPM high pressure cylindrical brush for maximum cleaning performance on uneven or tiled flooring • Powerful brush and vacuum action restores ceramic tile floor right down to the grout • Dual floating squeegees clean and dry in forward and backward for more efficient cleaning and increased productivity • Cleans right to the edge with optional add-on side brush • Quiet 70 dBA operator noise level for day cleaning applications - meets LEEDS requirements WE OWN A SMALL LOCAL JANITORIAL COMPANY AND HAVE USED THIS MACHINE ON AND OFF FOR A COUPLE YEARS. THE LOCATION THAT WE PURCHASED IT FOR WE NO LONGER SERVICE, SO WE HAVE NO USE FOR IT. THE MACHINE RETAILS FOR AROUND 1500.00 AND IF YOU CATCH IT ON SPECIAL YOU CAN GET ONE FOR AROUND 1200.00-1300.00. THIS ONE HOWEVER YOU WILL OWN FOR MUCH LESS! IT IS IN GREAT RUNNING ORDER, NO ISSUES OTHER THAN A COUPLE CRACKS IN THE INSULATION ON THE CORD, THE ACTUAL CORDS ARE GOOD, JUST THE INSULATION IS CRACKED, I HAVE SHOWN ONE OF THE SPOTS IN A PICTURE ABOVE. THE CORD DID HAVE TAPE COVERING THE CRACKS IN THE INSULATION AND IT WAS FINE THAT WAY, BUT IN FULL DISCLOSURE I WANTED THE POTENTIAL BUYERS TO SEE THE ACTUAL CORD.
