This Praxsym Practical Systems Transmitter is in like new condition.  I am only only owner and user and this device and it has worked flawlessly.  I used it primarily for setting up In Building Wireless DAS systems, like Corning Mobile Access equipment, sending a calibrated 850 MHz cellular, PCS or even a 700 LTE signal.  It has also been used to provide a known referenced signal as a test transmitter to determine attenuation characteristics of in building construction for propagation analysis.  -10 dBm to +12 dBm output is great for measuring uplink gain or loss thru an active DAS (Distribuited Antenna System).  758-960 MHz in LTE/Cellular band 1 and 1720-2170 MHz in PCS band 2.  Easy to use and ready to go.  Comes with power supply and battery.
